Rentable Party Rooms @ The District On 46!

Rent out your own event space at the District On 46!

These spaces are perfect for birthday parties and other event celebrations! With a mechanical bull, golf simulator, dog park, and children’s playground on site we’ve got lots of opportunities for FUN!

Party Rooms are available from Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday from 11AM-10PM; and Friday and Saturday from 11AM-12AM(midnight).

You can book out 1, 2, or 3 rooms. There are roll up garage doors in between each room that can be lifted in order to increase the size of the space to better accommodate your party. 

Each room holds 20-25 people. 

 

Pricing:

Single Room Rate

75/hr (minimum 2 hour reservation) Tuesday-Thursday

125/hr (minimum 2 hour reservation) Friday-Sunday

Double Room Rate

150/hr (minimum 2 hour reservation) Tuesday-Thursday

250/hr (minimum 2 hour reservation) Friday-Sunday

Triple Room Rate

225/hr (minimum 2 hour reservation) Tuesday-Thursday

375/hr (minimum 2 hour reservation) Friday-Sunday

*There is a $150 cleaning deposit that will be charged at the time of reservation. This deposit will be returned if your party abides by the cleaning policy below.

 

Food/Catering Policy:

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. The only exception to this rule would be a “celebration dessert” offering, such as a birthday cake/cupcakes, bridal shower cake/cupcakes, baby shower cake/cupcakes, etc. If you have questions about this policy please contact tina@thedistricton46.com.

All food must be ordered from one of the Park 46 District Food Trucks. 

*You may bring your own non-alcoholic drinks.

Food allergies: 90% of food must come from District Food Trucks (if for accessibility you must bring in allergy free food it can only be 10% of the offering in the party room.) for more information on the allergy policy contact tina@thedistricton46.com.

 

Damage/Cleaning Policy:

Your party is responsible for any damages to the party rooms incurred during your reservation. Your party is also responsible for clean-up after your event including disposal/removal of all food and drink, debris, decorations, etc. There will be trashcans available for use. Failure to comply with policy will incur a $150 clean-up fee.
